Just off the SeaBus? Got a few hours before your cruise departs? Or maybe you've crossed the Lions Gate and realized the North Shore deserves way more than a quick detour?

Welcome. We've been expecting you.

Nomad Coffee's Bewicke location in North Vancouver is a proud participant in the Vancouver's North Shore Visitor Welcome Program 2026 — and we've got something waiting for you.

Your Nomad Welcome Offer

Tell the barista Visitor Welcome Program and enjoy your alternative milk at no extra charge.

No surcharge for Oat. Almond. Soy.

It's a small thing, but it's how we think about coffee. Specialty coffee shouldn't cost more just because you prefer a plant-based option. At Nomad, that's been our philosophy from day one.

What Is the Visitor Welcome Program?

The [Vancouver's North Shore Visitor Welcome Program](https://www.vancouversnorthshore.com/plan/itineraries/visitorwelcomeprogram/) is an initiative by Vancouver's North Shore Tourism Association, connecting visitors with the best local businesses across North Van, West Van, and the Shipyards — with exclusive discounts and perks you won't find anywhere else.

To get your card, pick one up from:

- A participating North Shore hotel

- A Destination Vancouver Ambassador

- A Shipyards Ambassador at The Shipyards (look for the Street Cart!)

Making the Most of Your North Shore Day

If you're building out your visit, here's how we'd do it:

Start at Nomad Bewicke. Get your caffeine sorted at Nomad Coffee.

Head to Lonsdale Quay. A short ride down the hill gets you to the waterfront market and food hall, right where the SeaBus drops you. Grab a bite, browse the vendors, take in the harbour view.

Explore the Shipyards. The North Shore's liveliest neighbourhood — local craft breweries, independent shops, street food, and mountain views as a backdrop.

Go deeper if you have time. Lynn Canyon has a free suspension bridge and old-growth trails just 15 minutes away. Edgemont Village is a charming mountain-town strip with boutiques and great food. Grouse Mountain is up the hill if you're feeling ambitious.

The North Shore has a way of making you wish you'd planned more time.
