Vendors must be fully set up and ready to welcome customers by 10:00 AM.
Your vendor package includes:
One assigned 8 ft table
One chair
Nomad green tablecloth

Local makers & artists
Small businesses
Food & beverage brands
Jewellery & accessories
Home & lifestyle products
Vintage & handmade goods
Independent designers
Other local creative brands
All products and vendors are subject to approval by NOMAD
Vendors are responsible for:
Bringing all products, displays, signage, and selling materials
Setting up and packing down within the designated times
Managing their own sales and payment processing
Ensuring their display remains within their assigned space
Keeping their area clean and tidy throughout the event
NOMAD does not provide payment terminals, display fixtures, extension cords, or additional furniture unless confirmed in advance.

Wait for your vendor application to be reviewed and confirmed by the NOMAD team.
Your spot is only confirmed once both the payment and vendor form have been completed.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event. Same-day no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable business, health, food safety, insurance, and licensing requirements related to the products they sell. Food and beverage vendors may be required to provide appropriate permits or documentation before approval.
All vendors and products are subject to review and approval by NOMAD. Products that may create strong odors, disrupt café operations, or be inappropriate for a family-friendly café environment, including age-restricted products, may be declined. NOMAD reserves the right to decline any application or product that may negatively affect our operations or customer experience.
